Confetti

THE STORY: 

We’re being taken back to a memory from our childhood when we knew how to just play. Yigal Pardo transports us into an open field filled with colorful confetti, to signify a surreal and natural moment where we are allowed to create and let our imagination and spirit run free if only for a split second, before the confetti is grounded by gravity. While we take in this feeling and create a memory of ourselves that will last for eternity.

‘’I’m interested in testing boundaries and finding basic and fundamental characteristics that separates different areas and subjects, both on the visual level and on the philosophical level. By taking the scene out of its contexts, I bring the audience into my surreal world and into his or her own imagination.’’
